It seems that a good place to start is something my work is offering, but of course the suggestions aren't just going to revolve around my work!
Just knowing about issues empowers us and being aware of things is really valuable so, why not send off for one of the following pocket guides free of charge?:

So what's it all about? Well I know you guys are all motivated, creative and passionate people...and we all have moments of thinking that we'd like to make more of a difference and impact our world in some small way...

So here it is - a place that will (hopefully!) be full of ideas and inspiration to do that one thing and get involved in that small way. There's going to be things to support, campaigns to join, lifestyle suggestions, ways to give, groups to join, things to learn...but all in bite-size chunks!You pick and choose. And as the title suggests its not about you feeling guilty...
